DIR-CPO-5649 Contract Information

Shubh Solutions provides Information Technology Staffing and related services through the Texas Department of Information Resources (DIR) Cooperative Contract DIR-CPO-5649.

Shubh Solutions LLC is authorized to contract with the State of Texas through the Texas Department of Information Resources (DIR) under Cooperative Contracts program. This allows us to provide Information Technology Staffing Augmentation Contract (ITSAC) services to Texas state and local government agencies, as well as K-12 and higher education institutions. The IT Staffing Services contract offers temporary IT staffing augmentation on an hourly basis. Contracted staff work and are compensated hourly. Agencies can select staff from a list of pre-qualified vendors, either by issuing a solicitation to all vendors or by directly engaging a preferred vendor using the Best Value Justification.

Shubh Solutions LLC adheres to the warranty policies and return policies as specified under the Standard Contract Terms and Conditions for DIR’s Information Technology Staffing Augmentation Contracts.
